Botanical anise Description

Use and dosage of anise
DOSAGE
Herbal tea: infuse 3 g of dried seeds in 150 ml of simmering water. Drink 1 cup three times a day. In case of digestive disorders, drink 1 cup, thirty minutes before meals.
Dried seeds: Take a spoonful of seeds after meals to aid digestion and reduce digestive problems.
Inhaled essential oil: dilute a few drops of essential oil in a bowl of boiling water and inhale the vapors treatment of colds and bronchitis.

Some people may be allergic to anise and anethole.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
The anise is cons-indicated in pregnant women and asthmatics. Anethole can pass into milk, so breastfeeding women should seek advice from their doctor. The anise is also not recommended for children under twelve years.
